In 1981, East Tenn. Rent-Alls, located in Johnson City, Tennessee, signed an agreement to sell and service Bobcat products, under the name Baxter Equipment Co. Our sales and rental agricultural, industrial, and construction equipment inventories feature new and used compact excavators, skid steer loaders, track loaders, excavators, utility vehicles, compact tractors, zero-turn mowers, attachments and more.
Today, we are a full service dealer that operates a state-of-the-art facility that opened in October 2004 at 3711 Bristol Hwy. East Tenn. Rent-Alls continues to provide the people and businesses of Northeast TN (Mountain Empire region) high quality new and used Bobcat construction equipment sales and repairs. In addition there are three service trucks performing maintenance, service, and warranty jobs in the field.
In 2005, Baxter Equipment was renamed to “Bobcat of the Mountain Empire” to further confirm commitment and dedication to providing the Mountain Empire region in Tennessee with the best in compact equipment sales and rental experience. Bobcat of the Mountain Empire has a construction equipment showroom of over 10,000 square feet, parts merchandising, and service area to handle complete support of your compact and mini excavators, track loaders, utility vehicles, skid steers, compact tractors, and zero-turn mowers.
